Refund policy
Unfortunately, Weaver Homestead Creations does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Due to the nature of most items being personalized and/or made to order. The ONLY exception is if the item itself has an error based on order and proof will need to be provided. Then only will an exchange of the same item will be shipped, at our digression, of complaint is filed within 72 hours of your package being received. After the 72 hours, exchanges will not be accepted. All custom orders are final sale. Prepaid return labels will not be issued - this means that you are responsible for the cost of shipping on any returns you may need to make.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, we are not liable for damage that occurs in transit as those issues will need to be taken up with the USPS or whomever the shipper is.
Exceptions / non-returnable items / Refunds / Exchanges
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns unless there is a clear issue with the item received made at the hands of the creator. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a new product to the original shipping address provided. Please remember it can take some time for your new item to be created and sent to you!
